When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Typically for UK orders you can expect your package delivered within 6-10 days of placing an order. This is because your items are made especially for you and not mass produced.
Specific delivery estimates are provided at checkout. You will be emailed a tracking number once the item is ready and on its way to you.
What is the return policy?
Every item in our shop is made especially for you once you place your order. 🌱
This made-to-order approach helps reduce overproduction, minimize waste, and lower environmental impact — no piles of unsold stock, just pieces created with purpose.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
However, we’ve got you covered if something isn’t right.
We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund if:
- There’s a printing error or defect
- You received the wrong product or size
- The item is faulty
If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
